Talking An Ugly Jug

Modelled in LW 8.2 using rope plug and rendered using Maxwell Renderer Alpha.

Isn't this the ugliest jug you have ever seen?

something is wrong with your lighting or your jug's main surface as if you look at the main part of the jug, had there been no specular reflections it would look completely flat. You need to either bump up the diffuse and lower the lighting some or make more of the light come from a single side.

Thanks colto: Yep its not quite right I agree. The downside of Maxwell at the moment is that you pretty much have to guess he final look of your materials and after hours of rendering....

Don't really want to spend more time on this ugly thing though
