I am re-making a bunch of characters that I made last year... here is my progress...C&C Welcome
 Old Character...  I like these little guys... I am going to make him a little girlee to play with...

A big improvment over the old design.
You could add a touch of color to the cheeks and nose to add to the cold weather look. |

I remember these guys - weren't they your first ever characters? Only a year ago? You've improved a lot since then.
I agree with Dave though, maybe make the fellow look a bit colder by perhaps altering colour in the face a little. |
