Lovely! Fantastic looking character. I love his very chiselled and pronounced features.

Oh yeh, welcome to SimplyLightwave as well. Nice first post!

Looks good. Still needs a little work, but looking fine all the same. I'd be tempted to smooth off some of the creases in the face as they look a little too angular and pronounced in my mind.

Then again, this might be just the look you're going for...

great modelling and a very cool style, not much crits at the moment, Mark has a point but it kinda seems like that is the look you want so..

Welcome to SimplyLightWave btw, nice to see new talented artists joining up, check out the tutorial section when you have some time over.. theres a whole bunch of very nice stuff there.

Keep up the good work

//Matt

Out of interest - when you say the head isn't complete yet, what more are you going to be doing to it and are you going to continue on to the body or is it just going to be a rogues gallery style portrait shot.

In some ways, with the big lip, he reminds me of the kind of gangster-types you see in Bugs Bunny cartoons. :beer:

You're right Mark he does still need a little smoothing in a few places like the creases and the upper lip, I noticed yesterday he has something odd going on it the center of it, needs more smoothing. Thanks for the feedback I like and need it . :beer:

Yes he's not complete yet. You're right I still want to make his body, No rogues gallery for this guy. Right now I'm working on another figure that I'm going to call the "Don" or "Boss Man." I'm making a few charactors to put in a scene. I'll keep posting as I go.

Hahahaha!!! Bugs Bunny? I love those cartoons, but I wasn't thinking about them when I created this guy. His is kind of caracture style I think. Thanks for the comments guys :beer:

Welcome to the forum. Very nice model you've got there.
One comment I have to make is that the skin looks a bit dead to me. It's to white. I would give it some more color variation.

No, he has color it's just radiosity and global lumination with the blue BG that drowns it out.....Here's another pic of him without RAD and GL....Thanks again.
