Default Movement

Hi
I have been reading these boards for some time now, havent had anything to say, but now i do !

Ive been trying to make this robotic arm, mostly becouse I want to learn how to use bones and IK !

My problem is, whenever I move anything and make a keypoint, LW smooth the curve, so whenever i try to make the arm go in a straight line, it smooths the line. Also when I move the "box" (see the image) It goes a little further back than I told it to, and then it returns to the keypoint that i made, all becouse LW smoothes the line. Does anyone know how to turn of the smoothing ?

Im not sure this is what you were after, but in the Graph Editor try setting 'Incoming Curve' for each keyfram to 'stepped'.. If this wasnt it, let me know and I'll come up with another answer for you happy waving!

It was what i was looking for... but I used Bezier Spline instead...

The arm on the box is supposed to push back the box so it moves... If I use the stepped it will move in one step...

Well point is that I havent really ventured into the graph editor that much as of you.. will do tho'

Many thanks for the help... I apressiated it.. hope I can help you out some day Anyways, I owe you one !
