Hey Fairuz!

Lightwave will import .ai files via File>Import>EPSF Loader but you will need to save the .ai as an Illustrator version 8 .ai file first. [.eps files don't work right!]

You might find that the EPSF Loader's settings don't import properly if you are using a Mac, I've used Macs at work for five years and it's never worked right [but it could just be the lack of reliable maintenance at work!]

I've found that files created in Illustrator don't work as image maps [for texturing], even if you rasterize them in Photoshop and save them as a jpeg, bmp, tif etc. It might be something to do with vector info in the file!?!?

Cheers! priimate.
