Default Help

hello

I just got Lightwave 7.5 Mac i have followed the installation instructions but each time i launch Lightwave or Modeler it keeps saying liecence key not found
Can anyone help?

hmm, I'm not familiar with macs but the license.key should be located in the programs folder. Have you checked that?

Yes
Phil there is a license.key in the programs folder. its just a text doc with number is this right?

Default Lightwave License Key

After loading LW, you must call NewTek to get the License Key. It's a lengthy number that you must record exactly as given. You then create a Simple Text doc with just the number and title it "License.key". You drag this document to "Programs" folder in the NEWTEK Folder containing LW.

You should be able to launch and run LW from that point on.

I suggest you keep a copy of the doc somewhere else as a backup.
