This model was created with the excellent 'Photo Modeler' software. I had numerious resource phot to work from. this initial layout was going to be a poster, however the more thought about it...I wanted to model something a wee-bit different. I I created a 3D model of a model.
The UV mapping and recreation of the paint scheme was the greatest challenge...though if I do say so my self 'Not Bad' comments Welcome |

Thank you for the compliments they are appreciated...yes I wanted the model to be that reflective...well maybe not that much lol
PhotoModeler is a modeling software program which will allow the user to recreate 3d objects from photographs... just do a search for ' photomodeler' all one word there is a demo version avaible |

Abso-f***ing-lutely beautiful.
Only one crit that I'd give is that it could possibly do with a little more AA. There seems to be some jaggies running along the leading edge of the near wing. But apart from that ... superb. |

Thanks again...I keep the AA down, becuase this was atest render...and not the final image...the image is on the back burner for now.
UV Mapping...I recreated the marking of the 20th Ann. CF18 from various photos...if you look closely at the nose..my UV map is slightly long...the 'red splash' shoulf go to a point where it meets the nose gun S |
