I think I had a connection problem while I was in the process of posting sorry I know this may sound dumb but how do I post a jpeg so that it doesn't have to be downloaded?

When you exported it into bitmap, open it in paint or whatever and export it (or Save As) A jpeg, then when you attatch it it will automatically show the pic without having to download
