Default Crome

I am not very good at texturing I would like to make this crome
tried tutes on the web dont like the results any help would be taken with honer.

There are some good presets il LW itself, you can try starting from those and tweak them a little. Pretty handy to start with. And that way you can get really fast a good result.
Try it, and you'll see it works.

There's a chrome surface preset in the Presets area.
You can get it here


Try downloading this and give it a hack...

Also, be sure to set up some form of reflection map for the surface (or the scene) and switch on 'Ray Trace Reflection' in your render options. This will yield the most realistic results.

For the crome I would set the diffuse level to 0 or almost 0, give it something to reflect, and maybe even put an incidence gradient on the reflection.
