With a name like Quakk I thought he was a duck! The head looks very small for the body although this might have been your intention. Nice details in the overalls.

Overall look really good, would make the arms a bit thicker also, but, still looks fun.

i agree with simple the arms look a bit to thin for his build, and the grove in the middle of the shoe look a little wierd
