Any one got any ideas on how to do this, I have to create numerous animations that will render out to swiftLW2 plugin so the geometry needs to be 4 sided polys to render in .swf
The animated ribbon needs to start from one position then stretch with bends in all 3 axis at different times untill it reaches its final destination - pretty straight forward you would think but it has me stummped - I am using LW7.5c on WinXP It is for an interactive map systems with multiple start points and destinations. You can use the snake plugin... there is one in lightwave.,,, that allows objects to follow motion paths,.. i would create splines in modeler and then save them as motion paths to later import them to layout.
