Post File Extensions?

I downloaded your elephant tutorial part 1 but instead of the file being a zip extension it was a pl extension and the file name was different too (vip_download.pl). How do I get this file unzipped?

Were you using a download accelerator? If so, try downloading the file direct through the browser since the site does not support the use of accelerator software?

If not, then letting us know browser and OS type would help.

Rather than right clicking on the link and going to save as... (as the instructions seem to say) just left click on the download link, and this should come down as the download you want, otherwise, I believe, you get the perl script (is that what a pl is?)

Yep, that worked. I was using a download manager.
