Question Shadow problem

Hi everybody , I'm new to LW so I have problem finding shadow parameters in LIGHT PROPERTIES PANNEL. It dont have SHADOW parameters. So all my shadow look sharp Please help. All I need to know is location of this menu or some short key. thanx.

if you select a light and hit "p" you should get this panel. click on teh Shadows Tab and there's everything you will want to change. Keep in mind though that only spotlights can have Shadowmaps, all the others will only allow you to select raytraced shadows or no shadows at all.

thanx Philip. I change it somehow, but in my menu when I press p don't have this tree tabs BASIC /SHADOW/ OBJECTS, even if I have spot light. Menu appears without these 3 tabs. I have LW 7.0 for Mac. Maybe it's bug? Well thank you anyway for your response.

Nope, IIRC the panel layout was different in 7.0

You should really look at upgrading the application to 7.5 as it is a free download from NewTek's website and delivers a whole host of fixes and updates over 7.0
