Default SimplyLightwave for modo?

How appropriate are the tutorials (mostly interested in modelling, not the texturing/animation/rendering part) in simplyLightwave for modo?

Im waiting for SimplyModo but until then, there are a couple modelling courses Im interested in, but not sure if worth it as I never used LW, just modo (though I've been told modo modelling isn't that different from LW)

Hi!
lightwave and modo are very similar in their UI and approach, since people that created Modo used to be a part of Lightwave crew back in the day. You can even save a model as .lwo in Modo so I would say- go for it
