A teddybear/stuffed bear [would be interested to see what you do with the fur, maybe the new fiber FX tools?], maybe one of those balls with a star [white ball/red stripe/yellow star, classic] on it, maybe a jack in box? I think either of those would go with the vintage/reto look of the tricycle.

On second thought the ball might be too modern, that's a really old style trike, steel wheel and all.

I decided to just stick with the tricycle. Texturing was pretty easy, just a bunch of procedurals. Heres my final renders.
