haha I know how you feel, Colto. I just started my own head and I'm getting the exact same thing. lol i see a lot of potential in this head, though. If you detail it well you should be pretty good good luck.

Reallly nice work. I think a bump up to normal would be good. Seriously. You've got nice work and a nice concept. You would have a great chance in normal.

u shouldnt think, u should know, the only reason he's in noob, is cuz he wants to win, he doesnt have the courage and determination to win in norm, or maybe he wants a DVD, either one, lol

Oh come on, that is not my reason. It would take a really pathetic person to stoop that low. I am not in it for the book, I am in it because I really think I should be noob. I don't even know if I can beat your bot metallic. I am just trying to be true to my skill level. I'll make ya a deal, if I do end up winning (which is doubtful ATM) I will compete as normal for all modelling challenges henceforth.(except for organic modelling as I have yet to make anything organic that looks even somewhat ok.)

Ya zostix I have seen that tutorial before. I can't decide yet though whether I am using particles or or 2d animations for fire.
