Default I need alignment

I am getting frusterated out of my brains because I am adjusting weights with symmetry and I found a few of my points are out of symmetrical alignment.

Is there a reasonable way to symmetrically re-align two points?

Thanks

Deleat one point. Select the other point and mirror it across the axis.

If your object is entirly symmetrical you can also deleat half of it at an axis then mirror it across the axis and all points will be exactly symmetrical.
