I'ts looking good .

I origionally wanted to do something simillar, maybe a little more Dr. Seuss style, but it has been done a lot by "Proton" already.

Another one.. After a hard week spent doing 3D I relax during the WE doing 3D as well. This because my girlfriend left me and someone stolen my motorbike..
Now I'm basically missing the pilot. Next weekend? :p

that's looking cool so far.

will you be connecting the lower wings to the body?

Thanks Philip. I don't know. Surely I'll do a better modeling on that area. I think I have three option: since until now I subpatched simple primitives the low wing is one piece; so I could divide it and add some geometry to better match the connection. Or I could keep all points and switch to spline patching to achieve tangent accuracy. Or maybe I just subdivide the fuselage and weld some points

if you'd post a wire shot I could possibly make a suggestion

There is some openGL error but you should understand. I started modeling in this way because I thought about a simple toy but now is getting more detailed so I have to change the approach.. Thanks in advance

guess I'd delete the mid part of the lower wings, then smoothshift the body where the wings will be attached.
The actual connection I'd tackle by creating polygons manually.

hope this helps.

Yes, I think is the way to go. As I've decided to do a pilot I'll need a cockpit too so I will wait to see what happens to the fuselage geometry and then I'll try that. Thank you Philip and I'll post some news later before the next week starts.. Now: Supper's ready (genesis?)
