Good tutor
Do you guys have or know a good site with good tutorials for a beginner, that's says it's step by step ( i think it's the best way to learn it). i wanna learn how to put texture, lightning, rendering and some other stuff... thx

Well, I assume you have availed yourself of the tuts here, and are looking for a wider variety. Here are a few links that I use from time to time in order of my favorites:
