Question Buying Points

Hey Gals and Guys,

I am trying to buy points in US dollars, but the cost amount is not coming up and therefore the bank is not running the purchase through. Do you know when this will be fixed and also ... how many freebie points do I get for aggrevation ... cause it's been pi$$in me off all night :o)

Don.

Also wanted to mention that I also subscribe and buy points at simplymaya.com and you guys have all been great ... well you would be even greater if you got this glitch fixed ,,, did I mention bonus points :o)

As it turns out it's not broke. Our banks site has gone down, so we're not getting the exchange rates through.

Please bare with me, while I go kick some ass and get it fixed, bloody bankers!

Right I've retried the exchanges rates manually. I'm off down the bank now with me big stick!

Should work fine now sign up and ill bung on a couple of bonus points for the inconvenience.

Unhappy Bought points yet no points

Okay,

Now I'm the one who's going to get a really, really big stick and bop someone cross the ....

I finally got the transaction to go through and the bank took my money, but it told me that it had some issue posting my points. Now this is where I could really start to lose it, but I'm going to stay calm, cool and collective. After all, $hit happens.

That said, please fix this and as cuba gooding said " SHOW ME THE POINTS".

your points have been added

The bank that sorts this out have been updating security measures and it has been playing havoc with our payment pages.

We hope to now have this resolved but if someone is not issued points then drop us a mail and they will be added
