Default sun rise

hi i need to make a really good sunrise video for a college project and when i started to follow the tutorial by blochi here

he says toparent the clouds to a null
i know how to parent objects to a null but how can i do it to the clouds when its part of the sky trace?
does anyone know?

Hmm. The images he shows look like a Skytracer panel rather than a Skytracer 2 panel. In Skytracer there is a pick list in the cloud edit panel that will allow you to select the parent object for the clouds. If you are using Skytracer 2, then you'll need to go into the texture edit panel and either set a reference object for the texture, or set an envelope in the texture position parameters.
