Default Animation Importing

I have an animation I created in Poser that I want to use in Lightwave. I have exported the animation as a BVH file, and managed to create the bones in Modeler using the MoCap bones plugin under the Generics pulldown.
I have also managed to convert the Skelegons into bones in Layout, but I cannot figure out how to apply the animation to the bones. Are there any tutorials out there that can help me, or does anybody have any ideas?
