Aug/Sept - Noob - OzWOlf
I have decided to enter into this competition because of the 2 month limit. Not to sure what i am going to make but i am thinking about a loch ness type creature with a long neck and is amphibious. I will post concepts as soon as i draw them.
And if i have time the environment will be a lake, with forest surrounds. |

Nice choice ozwood. Yes, Sharp, Crocs are 'scientifically aged' to be dinos, as are Sturgeons and no proof but think the way deep ocean fishies using their own body light to catch prey could be classified as dino throwbacks also..

Here are 2 pics of my progress so far, these are the basic shape and form. I will sculpt the head detail next and then add more body detail. From there i will finish off and begin texturing.
Not too sure if he should be leathery or scaley. anyway enjoy. |

Thx for the feedback guys the body does go up to a point along the back and i will work to round it off some more, but i do want to have a ridge there. The jaw section still needs more work as i have been scuplting it out of the original block head. not sure how i am going to get the eyes yet but i'll see later
