Talking Idea for a game..

Hey guys, i visit this forum alot, but havent gotten around to actually writing something...

So i thought i´d start with a fun idea.

I´ve started finetuning my compositing skills, so i thought why not put this to a test.

The idea is as follows. ´We take a picture, and then incorporate something modelled in LW. Then post it in here, and let people guess whats real and whats not?

And as proof, when some one has guessed the thing, one could post the actual model?

what do ya think?

LOL. Sorry, this story came to mind with your idea. On [another forum] someone innocently posted a photo once on a CG thread without stating it was a photo although the message text eluded that it indeed was a photo- herein enters the part where a couple people thought it was a CG pic trying to be 'photo-real' and basically commented that it wasn't true to real-life. But it wasn't really their fault since it never blatently stated the photo was a photo; however, lifes lesson number 106,532: There will always be critics. And number 106,534: Even reality can be unreal.

As for posting the models I've seen models that in their model state are basically nothing, but; with image maps, general textures and lighting applied along with grain to match what the model is being composited on you see the final image and take 4 looks at the model in amazement realizing how much texutre and light play a part. The prize should be the entire scene.

Anyways, interesting idea. You first- me not anytime soon(I suck).
