Default The FX in this scene

Please help, I have to finish this scene I am doing before mid october. I need help creating the light fx or hypervoxel fx below in the image. I imagine in modeler I create like a disk and then apply some fx to it. Not sure what to do. HELP HELP.


Two parts to image

(a) bright glowing orbs floating above
(b) bright circular lights at base.

ok replied to your other thread,,, ok,,, do the ring thing,,, properties,,, add the fx emmiter... hypervoxel,,, enable the object,,, and play around with the settings...
