Default Camera Shake

I have finally got my water scene done; now I have seen this effect where when something zooms by, the camera shakes.

that is what I want to know how to do: No I can animate the camera shaking, but not sure if there is a better way.

Have a play with the Jolt plugin in layout (you should find it in the motion properties plugins for an object). It's designed to do just this kind of thing. There's pretty much no documentation floating around on it, so you'll just have to play and see what happens...
