Default bat rig suggestion

i am trying to create a rig for a bat.
that bat is supposed to be a bigger that average bat.

i want it to be able move from the handle (like swinging a regular bat)

but i also want it to be able to use the top of the bat as the pivot point, so that instead of the hand moving the bat around, the bat moves the hand.

lastly the part that i am having problems with i want it to bend in the middle some times, like if i poke something or slam it hard on the floor.

i tried a lot of things, but am going in circels with parenting and Ik chains.

the only way i could fgure it out is to use all FK, but any sugetions on a micture of IK n fk setup would be great.

lastly is there some way to turn off and on IK with a slider or some thing, that might solve my problem

TIA

i want to be able to
