Have you received the notice that your stuff has been shipped? It usually takes Dave and his crew a bit to handle all the orders and then when they ship the stuff they take care of all the online stuff i.e. making sure you can then download it online. Hope that helps in sorting out your problem.

Correct me if i'm wrong admin Dave

Being able to download refers to the Custom DVDr's not the stuff under the DVD section.

That sucks, cause I'm in the same boat I just purchased the Mclaren DVD thinking I could download some of the tutorials to get started until my delivery arrives.

Can anyone do anything to help out on this. Please

I'm in this months challenge and I want to get some detailing help from the tuts.

Heck no, I thought I would be able to. I'm still waiting on my dvd's. You have to purchase points in order to download it.

If you buy the points/tutes then you can make a custom DVD-r. I got the McLaren tute + Wheels sent to me as a DVD-r. the only holdback with this is that there is no pretty cover
When you order a custom DVD-r you then can download it after it is shipped.

Dave is about to make changes to dvd/dvdr download system.

In the early new year you will be able to download anything you have purchased.

So if you buy a retail tutorial you will be able to download it while it gets shipped to you.
