Default March/Apr - Norm - sandman300

It's been a while since I entered in a competition, but since I've suddenly have some time, I thought I'd use this to get back into the swing of lightwave.

OK, so it's only an excuse to do something that I've been wanting to do.

So this chalange I'm going to make a corvette prototype into a transformer. I found this picture a year or so ago so I don't remember where it came from.

I know there is only a month left but I think that will be enough.

I've been spending a lot of time getting the curves just right.
So the subpatches are coming along nicely.

Thanks, I wasn't able to get a lot done today...had to clean out the garage. But I added some details and optimized the poly flow some. Band glue is my new best friend.

Things are running along smoothly. I have every confidence that I will finish the modeling. The animation part I'll look at later.

For now I'm starting to cut up the car and build up the underside areas that will show. Next on my agenda is to model the interior of the car.
