Default MOTM Contest - April

Alright, we are going to run the same topic as SimplyMaya.com but since they prolonged the deadline for their current MOTM contest we will have to do one more month on our own.

April month topic is,

Submachine gun

Not much restrictions on this one, you should be able to tell its a submachine gun thats pretty much it, so start modelling guys and we'll sell all the models to be used in Quake 5 when were done

Post reference sketches if available and keep posting updates as your work moves on.

The deadline is April 30st! - The winner will be announced shortly after.

Post your final renders with a front, side and perspective view and dont forget to label it 'FINAL RENDER'

Enter your threas as "Submachine gun - USERNAME"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The model needs to be zipped up with "any" instructions / read me file / copyright issues etc, and uploaded to the models area.

It needs to read that "you" give permission for "this model" to be hosted on the Simply Lightwave servers for free download for the users of Simply Lightwave for "non commercial" use only and also to include your name and address if someone wants to contact you over it.

Good luck everyone!

If you have any questions just post them here or PM me

So the submachine gun can be a fantasy gun or must be a real existing gun?

wireframes are okay for the progress images, the final result should be a rendered image, preferably from a few different angles

Only the winner uploads his model.
Others can upload their model too but they don't have to.
You just put it in the directory that fits the most, for your case I'd choose the Technical directory.
