I was downloading the tutorial (part 3), when the server has crashed. Internet Explorer reported an error. So I don't have it, and I lost 1 point. What can I do? Thanks.

Its ok mate! once you have downloaded a certain part you can download it again, with no further reduction of points!!

Just downloaded it twice and iv been on the server all day haven't experienced any outages.

Maybe a routing problem somewhere between you and us but its not a problem on our end sorry i cant be of more help.

Are you on a dial up connecting by any chance?

Maybe just a slight routing cliche between your provider and ours then, someone's probably tripped over some fiber again
