Switch to Points-mode (Ctrl+g, or click Points button on the bottom of the screen), hold down right mouse-button and draw a circle around the points you want to select. The same for Polygons (CTRL+h for polygon-mode). In perspective view only all polys or points which face out of the screen will be selected!

You can also select points/polys in LW 7+ by holding down the middle mouse button and dragging the pointer over the surface.

Just rightclick and draw a circle around your selection. If you want to select more just hold down shift while selecting.
Hit t for move (or whatever you want to do: stretch,size...) then n to bring up th numerical window, there you can enter all values. The shortcuts are on the right of each button |

To restrict movment and action in to only one axel you hold down ctrl while using your tool.
The first axel you use is the one that isen blocked. As for deselection I Klick on the emoty space between the buttons. I think there are more ways but this is the one I have learned to use. |
