Some of the polygons are bunched together, this creates the creases that you have there. I would suggest to go and manually correct the flow of some of the polys.

it looks like a case of what r4s1n said you also have to many polygons taking up the space for example around the rim of the wheel and the base you should be able to get away with two or 3 at the most polygons going downward

But how could I make it with only 3 polygons going downward? If I do that then it wont merge correctlywith the 10 polygons that attach to it from different sides and I will have a bunch of holes in my model. Should I try totally repatching it with a lower polygon count?

delete all polygons that run round the lower rim and wheels archs then patch the whole thing again and do it with two or 3 polygons going downward

looks kind of weird... but enough to be a good start... looks smooth but those weird bumps do not help much... fine basic shape anyway!!!

Show us some wireframes dude

Sorry guys, I've been so busy with stuff that I haven't gotten to work much on this. I cant figure this creasing problem out. Even when I make this thing with a low amount of polys it creates a wierd crease. I think it has to do with the way I have my splines done. I'll upload some photos of a couple of configurations I've tried, none of these seem to work!

Wow, I just noticed that I did the wheel covers and side different on the back side than on the front side and I was able to easily remove the crease on the back side so I will try redo-ing the fornt end and seeing if I can fix the problem!
