Looks like you are doing nice. I think the hair isn't that bad, but it's just to repeatable and their is to much space between the hairthreads.
Just give some more variation to the hair, and it will look better. |

I think there is an option in Saslite where you can make the hair denser or more close together. Thus hiding the bald spots. Not sure what the options are cuz i couldn't find saslite in LW...

I think the Saslite version does look better and obviously more realistic. You'll just have to keep playing with the settings until you get it to come in more.....or just go for the much older looking version of Link.

Nice progress dude. Only thing that bothers me is the belly button.

I'd have to agree with Bullet about the belly-button area. The knees look a bit funky to me as well...but otherwise, this is coming together nicely.
