Going well so far - I think once you've got some teeth and a tongue in him, his head will start coming together. The feet look a bit odd at the moment as well.

looking good...a few comments though!!

* the eyetexture could use some tweaking!! ( smaller pupil i think )
* did you used a bump map on the eye?? if yes, you should delete it
* edges from the skin are to sharp. the edges from the white and orange/brown color needs to be soften!

go give him some teeth and a tongue, its hard to eat something without them

good luck with texturing the rest of his/her body!!

The latest pic with the smoother edge colours is very nice, i would add a gradient to the bump to darken the deeper areas.
The eye has a crease but the pupil looks much better smaller.
Coming along great otherwise good work!.

by crease do you mean the white line that goes across the eye cause that is just the reflection of the ground i was playing around with gradients last night so i will put that in today after the modelling and after that i can start adding the modifactions now that i have my copy of sasquatch

Looking very good there so far sspike. If I had to crit anything though I'd say that the forearms look a little on the long side. Maybe shorten them a tad.
