Default making hair

hello all...first i want to say sorry about my bad english ( i live in holland )... I am new to this forum and the gallerys i saw here were beautifull!!!

but to the point!! i am starting making models in lightwave... now i am busy with the character "timon" ( from the lion king movies ). i have finished the head... but now i wanna make hair on it!!! but i dont know how to do that...can anyone tell me how to make hair???


this is the 5th time i have created an head, and it is still going better and better.

Well first I will forgive you for your english. I've seen worse around here.

Worley Labs has some good tutes, especially if you are into mapping hair. That is a sasquatch thing. You could go for the Jimmy Nutron look by modeling it solid and adding bump and texture.

It all depends on what result you are looking for.

the first human head you see there s*cks but that was just the first time i tried to make an human head!!!!

that second human head is much better!!! thats the 4th time i had created an human head ( im now working on head number 6 )

remember: im just an beginner!!!
