Default Need to know about bones

How can I change for example: weight map or muscle flexing on several bones at once?...and I've allready tryed to select all the bones...please! I'm tired of selecting them one by one when I got like 150 bones to change

Have you tried using the spreadsheet scene editor. This sounds like just the thing it was invented for...
