Default Fish

One of 5 fish for a ten second animation - still to do the eyes and a touch up of the skin texture but am looking for any helpful c&c for this model. Cheers.

nice model, are you going to do a transparency map for the fins,
could you post other views cant really see much from that angle.

nice start. don't forget to add more specularity ( and maybe a bump map would look nice )

I would put a fractal noise procedural on the difuse chanel. keep the surface from looking painted on an add slight variation. You could also build a bump map for the fins.
