Here's what frustrates me the most:

Lack of communication.

I couldn't care less that a tutorial is delayed (life happens, right?), but to just remain silent is disrespectful and rude. Just drop us a quick note saying that it's been delayed or cancelled.

This is written in hopes of improving communication, not ending it. We're all big boys and girls, we understand how life works, but just give us the courtesy of letting us know. If you tell us a tutorial is almost done, going silent for months is not appropriate.

Can we get an update on this course please? Also, can you please tell us what's going on with the site in general?

back in 2014 you hired several new trainers, but in 2015 there were no new courses at all.

It seems like they're not monitoring these forums anymore. :-/
