Default Bones Help

Okay i don't know what more to do than ask for help.

I'm a nfs car modeler and i'm recursing rendering. I downloaded a female model and made some clothes for her. but know i want her to be the side of my cars but i don't want her open arms, i want her to pose, so i said bones! made skelegons and it deforms badly the model, got a tut and nothing changed so i was wondering if an advanced lw user could help me to make these?

please reply so i can send the model to you

hmm, did you tried to define weight maps for those bones?

and if you did, did you converted the skelegons to bones?

if anything of this thing not works for you, maybe you could send me the object and i will try to make the skelegon system for it.
