Eye gotcha
Well this is just a shot in the dark, but since you asked.
First pull up the old August Challenge forum and check out the eye whatshisname did with his mad scientists lab. There is also a head model WIP that is about 2 months old where much eye work is done. I think someone even posted some great iris graphics. Here is the crazy idea: Make a bunch of mirrors like a funny-house would have. Create a flat black enviornment around that. Stick your eye in there and let there be a bunch of reflections. The idea is that the only light hitting the mirrors would be that from the eye, so ambient light needs to be down probably to zip. Work with one or two area lights and make them only affect the eye if you can. That way the mirrors would basically be invisible and would make quite an effect if done right. Just an idea. |
