Default the strat - texturing the knobs

thanks to Johnny9ball, who reminded me that I forgot to put the little numbers on the knobs.

Now this is covered as well.

and get the *second* part 5. Unfortunately the database won't take something like "part 5.5" ATM...

Now my Knobs will have numbers. Yea!

The Strat had been a truly Awsome tutorial to go through. I can confidently say my skills as a modeler have improved 200% from this tutorial.
