Default Rigging Problem

Aaaarrgghhh!!!!
I'm working through a tutorial just now and I've been setting up skelegons in modeler, I'd got rather far into the rig when I just realised I've been rigging while in one of the morphs.
:headbang:
So I changed it back to base and all the skelegon positions have moved around.
I tried cutting and pasting the skelegons into a save I did before rigging and it's still the same, the setup works on the morph it was on while I was rigging, but any other including the base the skelegons are all in the wrong place.
Is there a quick way of sorting this without resorting to having to start the rigging all over again?

Just go to your base morph and under Map -> Morph -> Apply morph and select the morph you want to apply and set the range to 100% and there you have it.

No problem

Almost forgot... if you want to keep the morph (cause when you change the base, the morph also changes) Just copy the morph with a new name and go to your initial morph and do the same thing (Map -> Morph -> Apply morph) only set the strength to -100% and the morph will change to what it was before changing the base.
