i had limited rotations on a bunch of bones. it seemed to be the shoulder adjust that was giving me the problem. the arm would be in a correct position but jump or shake in and out.

using sliders for fingers is definetly a good idea.
create a null for example... pres "p" for properties and add in the Geometry Tab -> Add Custom Object list... -> Sliders. than choose the channels u want to see on the sliders and select min max values. lol... LW is really easy to learn... im an LW newbie! ![]() good luck, v. p.s. could u show some animation? p.s.2 have ya recorded ur rest positions? u created skelegons first?

u want me to post an avi movie i have so far?? i haven't kept anything ,because i am too picky and didn't like it, so i don't have anytihng yet, but i will soon i hope. what i have so far is in the post http://forum.simplylightwave.com/sho...&threadid=949, i have the model there if u want to download it. I don't know if u are new to LW or 3d altogether. LW is the program i learned on, so i have stuck with it. I have tried other like 3d max and maya, and didn't like either. but i don't have much to compair LW to. I have made a lot improvements over the last 2 years. I have pretty much self taught myself so far, and do 3d as a hobby, so i am not where as good as some of these people on this site, but i am getting there!!!

as of right now he doens't have any bones or skeligons. I am going away this weekend but when i get some time i am going to finish drawing the face set some basic morphs on the face and set skelegons. I want to do this before i move back to college in a few weeks, why don't u start something like this and see where u get with it, it would be cool to compare!
