Default Video Capturing Probs

First off, Iīm not sure if this is the right board for this. if not please throw it in the right one

Ok to my prob.
You all have these cool screencapture programms. I have one too, the Camstudio from Ehelp.
But i have a prob with it. Nomatter what kind of frames setting etc i do, my sound I recorded with mic isnīt synchro with the video like it should be while capturing.
On the beginning, it might fit, but after a few minutes the sound is faster than the Video. How can I set the programm so that it will always stay synchron? and if that ainīt possible, how can I do that afterwards?

Thx guys
