Talking Bike Race Animation

Hi, im curently working on a animation for Uni, i have 2 weeks to animate 2 dirt bike racing round a track, ive started on the model, what u guys think ??

cheers, as for the mars project, its taken a back seat for the next few days, ill have some updates for my PATHFINDER thread, sometime this week, with models

OK, this is only a small project so im not working on it for long, its only worth 10% of the final mark, here is the finished Dirt-Bike, not going to model anything more, prob just mess about with textures for the next few days then animate it, :p

what u think ? lol

It looks nice from what i can see, but the wheels blend in with the background so its a bit hard to see them.

anybody know whats up ??

when i parent stuff in Layout, the thing that is beeing linked disapears, i have to unparent it 2 see it again, even when i render it stays invisible

Try bringing up general options in layout and check "parent in place",

That might stop the wheel moving when you parent it.

Hi, im having trouble watching DVD's, i need to take some screen grabs for reference to this animation, and when i load up my movie it says what u can see in the pic below, anybody got any ideas on how to get round this ??

try to disable your TV out function ( I bet you allready tryed that ) . don't know how to do that though ( sorry ).

Hi

i would like to model a bike like this. Where did u start modeling the bike. was it from the saet. Did u use any references at all. it looks neat. Can't wait to see the animation.
