Ok, here I am asking on how to make plugins and I don't even know how to bake shadows. Pitiful, I know.
Can anybody give me the quick rundown on how I do this? I have a weapon I need shadows for in a game but the shadow system they use is gourard and looks totaly horrible with just normal textures. I make my textures so every polygon has it's own space, 512x can fit an amazing amount of tetail if you use it right.

Easy once you know how
![]() For each surface, open the surfaces panel, and from the shaders tab select the 'Surface Baker' shader. You can set the various options for what parts of the texture you want to bake within the shader's own panel. |
