Well, apart from a couple of minor niggles I'd say it looks pretty good.

I'd be tempted to take another look at the texture on the headstock. It looks less like (walnut?) and more like fractal noise on there - possibly lower the scaling a touch.

The second point I'd raise is that the bridge doesn't quite look right. It looks as though its too sharp at the edges by the way the light is interacting with it. You might benefit from some extral volume/smoothing at the edges to make it look less sharp.

the model itselfs looks good! the wooden textures i think is not as good as the model. it lacks detail and gives the render a computer generated look.
it also could use some more specularity.
the rest is looking good!

EDIT: maybe it's not the texture that looks wrong, but the light that is not very interesting. there is not much contrast in your image, so maybe thats the problem!

A micro bump (very small size bumpmap) and ray traced reflection will look VERY good with it.
