Add a glow to his eyes. The red color of the skin kind of hides them. Although im not sure how that would look

yeah the texture map for the horns is not done yet thats why it looks to clean, i tried to add a glow but it didn't seem to work can anyone give me any tips to get it to work

After you add the glow in Surface Editor>Advanced>Glow Intensity go into Layout
Then Scene>Effects>Image Processing>Enable Glow
Then fiddle around with settings.

the Luminosity in the Surface Editor also helps.

well here is all i have for today i will sort the strecthing out on the horn tomorrow and i just added some blood to the top of it for effect let me know what you think

i like it.. i dont know if its my monitor i think it is but the horns are yellow.

i kinda like the stretch on the horn at sept that it looks completly horizontal.

i like the texture and bump map you placed on the horns but maybe change the colour to something more grey!!
i also dont like the eye's colour very much!!
