Question Facelift - Design Poll

ok, we're in for a facelift to go with our feature enhancements.

Philip: Nice work on both banners, I would say #1 is best, however I would like to see a more smooth transition to the black part.. just my opinion

banner 1 - maybe
banner 2 - lens flair - nah (photoshop 1990`s)
current - sure It is sweet, why fix it when it aint broke

I have to change my former statement, the transition looks great on this monitor.. its my laptop monitor that sucks it seems (IBM Bah! )

I think #2 could look better with another type of lens flare.. you can make some pretty neat ones in LW.. but you know all about that allready its just that the photoshop flares is a bit nasty

They both look pretty good.

Personally I prefer the second one, although it would look better if the flare were toned down a little (IMHO).
